Website Privacy Policy
Ohio Healthcare Partners LLC
Effective October 4, 2026
About this policy
This policy covers the public Ohio Healthcare Partners, Ohio Injury Partners and Ohio WorkCare websites at ohpcare.com, ohioinjurypartners.com and ohioworkcare.com, and their shared practice chat, inquiry, voucher-request, scheduling and communication features. It does not replace the practice's clinical Notice of Privacy Practices or limit privacy rights that apply to health information.
Information you provide
Depending on how you use these features, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, appointment and scheduling information, the communication permissions you choose, and information you voluntarily enter in a form or chat. Our automated FAQ assistant processes the messages you enter so it can answer general questions.
Please do not send medical records, detailed medical histories, insurance identifiers, Social Security numbers or payment-card information through public FAQ chat or general website forms. Call 330-664-1670 to ask the office how to share medical information through the appropriate process.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to questions and requests, provide scheduling information, confirm or remind you about appointments, send service-related communications, maintain our website and administrative systems, and protect against misuse. Promotional communications are sent when you have consented to the communications described with the form or feature you use. Read those permissions before submitting.
Website services and information sharing
We use HighLevel/LeadConnector services for website features, automated chat, forms, scheduling and related communications. Information entered in those features is processed through the services operating them. Support providers may handle information as needed to provide these services.
We do not sell your personal information. The following mobile-information protection applies to our text messaging:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text and email communications
When you provide a phone number or email address and the applicable consent, communications may include inquiry or voucher-request information, scheduling links, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and the promotional messages described in your consent selection. The selection may cover more than one type of communication.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance. Messaging consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Call 330-664-1670 to discuss your visit or communication preferences without using an online consent selection.
Email may be used to respond to your request and provide scheduling or service information and communications you have requested or consented to receive. Follow an unsubscribe option when provided in a promotional email, or contact the office about communication preferences or corrections to your contact information.
Cookies, technical information and outside services
The website and embedded services may receive basic website usage and technical information, such as browser information, IP addresses and requested pages or features. Cookies or similar technologies may support functionality, measure site activity and help improve performance. Your browser settings may let you limit cookies; doing so may affect chat, forms or scheduling.
An embedded Google map helps you find the office. Links may take you to specialty sites or other outside websites. Those services may have their own privacy notices. Review the notices applicable to the feature or website you use.
Information security
We are committed to protecting personal information through reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No Internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information retention
Personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, comply with applicable requirements, resolve disputes and support our legitimate business operations.
Medical information and emergencies
For questions about clinical records, patient privacy rights or the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices, contact the office. The website, automated chat, email and text are not intended for emergency care. For a medical emergency, call 911.
